Words from Wordsmiths,
Here’s an invitation for anyone in the Cheshire area of England to join Words from Wordsmiths, a live literary evening which will take place next Monday, on April 7th at West Kirby Library in The Concourse. The event starts at 7pm, and free tickets are available on the night from the library.
If you are unfamiliar with the location, the library is in the middle of West Kirby, Wirral, Cheshire. The train station is next to The Concourse, and there is a large car park behind The Concourse. There are also bus stops right outside.
It promises to be a lively and interesting evening, as nine members of Riverside Writers will be performing a diverse programme of fiction and poetry. Performers include Tim Hulme, with the hilarious The Missing Muffin which has previously been broadcast on Radio Merseyside. Joanna McIlhatton, who has recently had a cookery book published, will be reading her monologue, Look Out.
I’ll be reading Seagull Inn from the Ruins Terra anthology (pbs. Hadley Rille Books).
