The prestigious Ledbury Poetry Competition is always judged by leading poets and has launched a number of poetic careers. This year the judge is Jackie Kay, who will also be the poet in residence at the Ledbury Poetry Festival 2008, running workshops and ‘one on ones’ for anyone wishing to develop their writing skills.
