Writing Contest for Young Writers
Delaware Beach Life magazine and The Rehoboth Beach Writers’ Guild are once again joining forces to hold the third annual Writing Contest for Young Writers.
The contest, for which there is no entry fee, is open to any writer between the age of 10 and 18 (writers do not have to be residents of Delaware). Winners for each age group (10-13 and 14-18) in each of three categories: fiction, creative nonfiction and poetry, will have their work published in the November issue of Delaware Beach Life.
The deadline for the contest is Friday, Aug. 15.
